• Client’s Engineers Training on the product, the network, to enable the client’s maintenance team to achieve all needed preventive maintenance.

• System Integration of the product; since Lunasat is a system integrator and has the full facility and the teams to do the job, Lunasat purchases the right product from the right vendor in a way best suited for the client. All the network’s component are fully integrated at Lunasat’s facility, software is installed and tested to make sure the whole system is fully integrated, then dismantles the parts and ships the whole product to the client for final installation on site.

• Installation: Lunasat installs complete systems to clients at the location desired; a final commissioning session will be held with the client’s technical team to handover the final project.

• Maintenance and Support: Lunasat offers its client's full support for its networks; along with the special training it provides the client’s technical team for immediate intervention and support.

• Lunasat carries in stock major spare parts needed for the client’s networks, to ensure the hig hest level of efficiency of the network and minimize the down time at the client’s end.

• Test and measurement equipments along with fault detection equipments are very important to Lunasat and its clients. It provides all its clients with the right tools from the splicers to the fusion machines and the fault detection tool where it can locate exactly the source of the fault and its location; this of course makes it easier for the client to maintain its network and keep a low down time.

• Lunasat as well provides all types of Fiber Optic cables to the clients, be it armored or not, for internal or external use. The cables are procured directly from manufacturers recommended to Lunasat and delivered to the client as a service.
